University degree.

• MAIN ACTIVITIES:
a. Employment Planning
b. Recruitment and Selection:
- drawing up the job description, together with the Department Director
- preparing & posting the job announcement;
- evaluating the response, selecting the most promising applicants and closing out those not qualified
- screening interviews
- notifying the selected candidates as well as the not-selected candidates
- presentation to the Department Director of a preliminary file of each of the short-listed candidates
- arranging the interviews with the Department Director
- assistance during the negotiations with the selected candidate on terms and conditions of employment, whilst preserving confidentiality with both parties at all times
c. Hiring Procedure
- medical check - up: prior to making the employment contract
- drawing up the employment contract and registering it at the Work Office
d. New hire orientation
- handing to the employee the "Booklet for the New Employee", containing the brief description of the company and its policies
- drawing up the "New Employee Training Program", together with the Department Director, in order to provide an appropriate development program
- control of the progress of training
- assessment of the training, from trainee's point of view, and as well from the trainer and from trainee's supervisor, with a focus on the grade of interest, adapting and usage | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
