| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MBA preferred,
- Most importantly is experience in pharma business (preferrably in sales/marketing of originator products),
- Preferred background Graduated Pharma studies,
- 3-5 years experience in product management (pahrma products), including experience in developing and executing marketing plans;
- Sales experience a plus,
- Computer skills, including high level of competency in document, financial and presentation programs,
- Strong communication skills,
- Willingness to be involved in all aspects of product management including developing and implementing strategic business plans,
- Experience with new product launches is a definite plus.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- overall sales and market share growth and management (should include input from field sales, headquarters management, market planning, and external customers),
- participation in the strategic planning process;
- development of the annual marketing plan;
- development, execution, and evaluation of strategies and tactics for all customer targets;
- projection of production and sales forecasts;
- pharmaceutical product life cycle management;
- management of A&P budgets and of the relationships with external consultants / advertising agencies.
- acts as corporate representative at industry seminars, conventions, and events. Working with sales force, builds relationships with pharma industry experts for purpose of promoting company name and products.
