CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-Background (5-6 years) in a similar position (a multinational company, preferable IT company),
-Good knowledge of labor law,
-German knowledge would be a plus,
- Very good comunication and interpersonal skills,
- Responsible, conscientious,flexible, dinamic and hard worker person,
- Computer literacy.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Personnel Recruitment - establishing the proper methodology for recruitment
- Evaluating departments’ needs
- Organizing, improving and implementing the HR procedures and forms; making follow-up for HR procedures efficiency
- Taking care of all acceptance procedures for new employees (hiring approval, salary package, benefits, job & company presentation etc.),
- Elaborating and updating the Organizational Chart, Job Descriptions,
-Evaluating and filling up Job Descriptions, in accordance with organizational levels, jobs’purposes, flexibility and following detailed discussions with departments’ managers
-Creating reports for HR current activities and HR development,
-Employees development: identification of training needs, setting up training objectives, planning training, evaluating results,
- Employees counseling
- Supervising and traching all personnel forms for changing positions or salaries warnings (cumulated with interviews),
- Maintaining the Personnel Management database,
