CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- 10-12 years experience in construction companies (on a Site Chief/ Site Coordinator/ Project Manager position)
- Technical degree (Construction Engineering)
- Background in international working environment;
- Accuracy in working;
- Excellent German and English knowledge;
- Good character, loyal, flexible and openminded.
- Good knoledge of the existing construction materials, their use and the market suppliers
- Experience in project budgeting and consumption standards

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- coordinating the Estimation Department
- decision making regarding costs estimation, project budgeting, choosing the optimal material mix for the construction projects
- coordinating the activity of the Estimation Department
- reporting directly to the Managing Director and to the Head Quarter in Austria
