RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-Communication with customers by phone, fax or email.
-Order receipt, verification and processing, deletion, suspending, amending according to the procedures.
-Maintenance of customer data, prices, product specifications, etc.
-Invoicing.
-Handling queries, complaints.
-Aiding collection of due payments.
-Obtaining advance information on new products, demand levels etc.
-Supplying information to Operations in order to help setting and continually revising stock levels of raw materials and finished goods used by the customer portfolio.
Supplying sales support
Reports to:
Team leader Customer Service.
Liaises with:
Sales force.
Operations: production, pre-press, logistics, despatch
Finance (current accounts).
group support CRMs, brand/retail administration.
