| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting with 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance (5-7 years of which must have been in the private sector);
• Extensive experience working with U.K. multinational companies;
• Strong understanding of U.K. accounting rules;
• Exceptional oral and written English skills;
• German knowledge is an advantage;
• Experience with large financial software packages such as SAP, Oracle or PeopleSoft;p Proven history of managing and developing staff;
• Solid understanding of Human Resource and legal issues in Romania.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Responsible for leading the general accounting, finance and tax functions for the Romanian subsidiary of a multinational manufacturing company;
• Individual will be a key member of the subsidiary management team, as well as a critical member of the global finance team;
• Supervise and develop direct staff;
• Refine, document and maintain internal control structure, including the reconciliation and review of all accounts, obtaining appropriate authorization for applicable transactions and updating information systems;
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of subsidiary financial statements prepared in accordance with local requirements;
• Develop and manage the annual budget and quarterly revisions, including preparation of budget to actual reports, variance analyses and cost saving opportunities;
• Manage the preparation of and review the monthly reporting package submitted to corporate;
• Negotiate and review vendor and customer contracts;
• Oversee the compliance with all tax reporting and payment requirements;
• Manage the annual financial statement and internal control audits or reviews;
• Familiar with multinational issues, including inter company transactions, foreign currency translation and international shipping requirements.
