NOC Technician

• Superior knowledge of English
• Bilingualism (French and English) would be an asset
• Good knowledge of PC including hardware and software skills, installation, troubleshooting etc.
• Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting (home routers, DSL modems, switches etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Internet protocols (TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, NAT etc.)
• Customer oriented skills for effective interaction with clients
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to respond to customer inquires by telephone and email in a professional and efficient manner
• Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
• Basic knowledge of Unix and Apple systems would be an asset
• Available to work in shifts
