Enterprise Account Manager

• Superior knowledge of English
• Bilingualism (English and French) would be an advantage
• Extremely professional with excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to meet demanding time constraints
• Self-motivated. Able to work independently. Excels with ambiguous situations as an opportunity to show leadership
• Telecommunications experience with a solid understanding of voice and data services
• Superior computer skills with advanced MS Office skills

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will use your existing talents and expertise to support our Global Operations.
