CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
· Polytechnic University, Electronics and Telecommunications or similar
· Previous work experience: 1-2 years in a company specializing in telecommunications industry, in Operations oriented positions
· Technical skills (Signaling: SIP, H323, SS7, ISDN; Operating systems including Microsoft Windows 98/NT/2000/XP, Linux; Knowledge of TCP/IP networking technology; SNMP Monitoring Tools)
· Excellent communication skills
· Good people skills (ability to work on own as well as in a team environment)
· Self motivated
· Fluency in English (French would be an advantage) |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Customer Fault Management
· To identify and resolve Customer Faults at the first point of contact through utilizing technical knowledge and logical approach to problems
· To ensure incoming calls are answered quickly and effectively
· Provide relevant information when escalating a customer fault
· To update customers in a timely manner and provide appropriate feedback
· To log calls using the appropriate database
· To update the internal troubleshooting document whenever is the case for cross-training purposes
Process Management
* To carry out processes and procedures as prescribed by department manager.
* To be pro-active in identifying and highlighting any failings or improvements that could be made
Technical Fault Escalations
* Liaising with other departments within Iristel when the nature of the fault warrants it
* Reporting faults to 3rd parties where appropriate
* Liaising with 3rd parties when necessary to resolve a customer fault
* Identifying trends in fault patterns and raising these problems with Internal/External Departments in a pro-active manner flexibility
