| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
THE REQUIREMENTS:We select a diverse range of talents, people that share creativity and ambition
• University graduated (Marketing or related economic studies, Cybernetics or related Information Systems Sciences, Sociology, Statistic or related sciences).
• Min. 3 years relevant experience in coordinating people
• Result oriented with focus on the quality of the results; excellent abilities in working with high caliber clients, in managing market research projects, in building successful relationships in order to develop the business;
• Very enthusiastic with initiative, and creativity; well developed leadership skills
• Good verbal and written communications, fluency in English;

• The main roles for this position are to manage and coordinate a team; also to manage internal projects and provide support in product development, to provide training and coaching, assess the team, establish individual objectives, monitor and assess team accomplishments, to recommend further steps for development, to give feedback and to provide solutions |
