IT PROJECT MANAGER for PITESTI (Cod. Ref. PIT)

* Computer Science graduate: Automatica, Matematica-Informatica, Cibernetica Economica.
* Minimum 1 years experience in IT Project Management
* Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and best practice in IT Project Management (PMI Certification or similar a plus)
* Good knowledge of programming languages and working environments like C/C++, C#, ASP, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, MS .Net,
* DATABASE: MS SQL SERVER (DB design, DP programming, DTS, SQL Jobs, Stored Procedures)
* Proven project management skills (Tools: MS Project)
* Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills both written and verbal
* Ability to work on more than one project at a time
* Team player, organized, attention to details, quality oriented , good management of crises situation in the relation with the clients
* Very good English is essential, both written and spoken

* Design the RFPs and Software Engineering Specifications for Software Development Projects based on Business Requirements
* Support the management team in order to achieve overall objectives as well as other specific business objectives
* Co-operate with various stakeholders inside and outside the company to achieve project goals
* Responsible for project planning and delivery on time and in budget
* Keep track of overall progress of the project
* Constantly improving the departmental and specific team performance against defined measurements, analyzing the KPI's and proposing methods of improvement
