RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
* Phone/E-mail support to panel members and to clients from France.
* Phone and electronic communication to our panellists (answering to panellists/clients queries, offering information about studies).
* Liaising to Project Managers to find out details of the studies and report problems.
* Weekly and monthly panel reports.
* Gathering information and writing articles for the monthly and quarterly newsletters that will be sent to panel members.
