Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Min.3 years relevant experience as Financial Controller
Others:
Extensive knowledge of International Accounting Standards, UK GAAP and IAS, RAS
ACCA is an important advantage
Knowledge of accounting concepts, techniques, and principles.
Ability to apply knowledge of accounting and finance.
Skill in analyzing and interpreting financial data.
Accuracy in working with large amounts of data.
Must assume responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of work product
Have a global vision of the business and the capacity of decision and analysis
Have a thorough understanding of core financial law and previous financial experience in both hands-on and strategic planning.
Knowledge of financial modeling and business plans preparation
Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate financial concepts to people of all levels.
Good knowledge of cash flow and budget analysis
Experience in working with senior management team in providing financial related recommendations and solutions.
Very good knowledge of English

Produce monthly financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, statement of changes in financial / cash position, cash flow projections.

Perform activities related to financial accounting, such as: cash flow analyses and the management of short and long terms debts, bank and other key reconciliation, preparation of monthly / annual budgets.

Works closely with CFO and management for preparation of cash flow forecasts on a monthly / annual basis

Proactive analyses of the monthly financial statements for the business, including: analyses of key financial performance indicators and trends, including financial ratios; cross division comparisons, comparisons of actual results to budget with corrective actions required by the Financial Controller;

Establish, implement and monitor financial controls, which would include approvals and authorizations and a review of all finacial processes and financial systems in conjuction with CFO.

Assist in the preparation of the financial aspects of new business opportunities

Prepare annual financial statements for the business, including working paper support and corporate tax returns. This role would oinclude proactive management of audit and accounting fees.

Issue and monthly report the Financial Statements to the headquarter in UK

Project the budget and monitor variances of actual against planned figures

Identify management's need for information and produce internal management reports, perform datas analysis

Responsible for establish proper accounting treatment of all business events in accordance with RAS and translation to IAS

Produce statutory reports
