* Minimum 2 years relevant experience (purchasing).
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Market Research, Marketing, Economics or Commerce.
* Ability to negotiate with vendors.
* Ability to apply knowledge of market research.
* Must be extremely detail oriented, dependable, analytical and able to keep up in a fast paced environment.
* Fluent in English both spoken and written.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and related departments inside the company.
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.

* Responsible for the success of Access Panels purchasing.
* Prospect the market for new contacts and potential recruitment suppliers and initiate negotiation.
* Build up database with providers.
* Negotiate and build relationship with vendors.
* Arrange vendor contracts, bargain for best costs, and observe quality of purchased services.
* Manage the on-going contracts with the suppliers and maintain a good relationship with them.
* Prepares search reports and presentations at the end of the acquisition process.
* Identify and mediate conflicts between deadlines, resources, budgets and established goals.
