A suitable candidate should have:

University Degree (preferably in Marketing or Sociology);
At least 1 year of experience in project management;
Desired skills & knowledge:
solid understanding of project management methods, processes, standards and tools;
excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the development of customer reports, proposals, presentations and training/communication materials;
problem-solving and organizational skills;
flexibility and resourcefulness.

The main responsibilities associated with this position are:

Communicate to subordinates the annual objectives of the department/business plan and implement the decided measures to reach these objectives
Analyse project feasibility and set project timings;
Project assignment;
Communication and cooperation with other departments;
Analyse department indicators and submit corresponding reports;
Project monitoring and technical support in a timely and effective manner;
Periodical team evaluations;
Assess training needs for Project Management team; suggest training topics;
Induction training and constant coaching;
