* Studies: Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology, Market Research, Marketing, Economics;
* Min. 2 years relevant experience;
* Have a global vision of the business and the capacity of decision and analysis;
* Have a thorough understanding of core market research field and previous relevant experience in a similar position;
* Ability to apply knowledge of market research;
* Accuracy in working with large amounts of data;
* Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels;
* Experience in working with senior management team in providing related recommendations, solutions and reports;
* Good knowledge of marketing; knowledge of quantitative research is an asset;
* Must be extremely detail oriented, dependable, analytical and able to keep up in a fast paced environment;
* Ability to negotiate with vendors;
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and related departments inside the company;
* Ability to work efficiently and independently in a busy work environment;
* Experience in purchasing with product knowledge;
* Accuracy in working with large amounts of data;
* A proactive and flexible person;
* Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
* Negotiation skills;
* Team spirit and leadership skills;
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package;
* Fluency in English - both spoken and written.

This position is within Panel Department.
Main task: to "recruit" respondents for online surveys using a large range of tools and to ensure maintenance for our database with survey respondents.

* Responsible for the success of panels purchasing.
* Prepares search reports and presentations at the end of the acquisition process.
* Identifies and mediates conflicts between deadlines, resources, budgets and established goals.
* Ensures proper communication within his department and/or within other departments.
* Builds up database with providers.
* Accepts and scrutinizes vendor bids and proposals.
* Negotiates with vendors.
* Builds relationship with vendors.
* Arranges vendor contracts, bargains for best costs, and observes quality of purchased services.
* Prepares reports and required documentation for management.
* Responsible for decisions, consequences, and results having impact on people, costs, and/or service within the functional area.
* Makes decisions and establishes work priorities on essentially policy/procedure-oriented operations.
* Communicates with staff on progress of orders.
* Investigates where to purchase orders.
