| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* Educatie: student/absolvent de studii superioare(de preferat)
* Limbi straine: limba ITALIANA nivel avansat;
* Cunostinte PC: Microsoft Office;
* Experienta anterioara in call center ori in relationare cu clientii constituie un avantaj;
* Aptitudini de comunicare excelente, capacitate de a invata rapid, claritate in exprimare, dinamism, initiativa, capacitatea de a lucra in echipa;
* Atitudine orientata catre client. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
* Contactarea persoanelor nominalizate in baza de date;
* Sustinerea de interviuri telefonice asistate de calculator, bazate pe un script standard.
* Consemnarea raspunsurilor primite
* Pe langa script, operatorul va trebui sa relationeze cu respondentul (vorbire libera).
