* Graduate studies (preferably in applied foreign languages);
* More than 2 years experience in editing and writing documents and experience with layout, development and production of documentation.
* Solid English knowledge;
* Ability to write, edit, and/or revise a range of technical communications from specifically compiled raw data;
* Skill in collecting, analyzing, verifying and manipulating research data;
* Ability to communicate with and understand the requirements of professional staff in area of specialty;
* Skill in developing design and layout of materials to be published;
* Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications;
* Ability to communicate effectively with team members and balance different perspectives;
* Ability to consistently meet deadlines.

* Under general supervision, writes and edits technical reports, brochures, and/or manuals for internal documentation, customer reference or publication;
* Manage documentation projects, starting from initial planning through writing and editing, reviewing and revising, indexing, creating graphics, through final printing and production and delivery to client;
* Compiles data and writes or revises text for:
a) informative, instructional, or promotional articles
b) user documentation
c) newsletters
d) electronic database publications
e) media guides
f) other similar materials of a technical nature
* Researches topics, including gathering and sorting source and background materials; consults with various personnel (internal analysts and project managers, project owner, client, external providers) to clarify details of source materials;
* Plans layout of work, arranging sequence of topics and placement of graphics as applicable. Will collaborate with internal graphic designers to establish the final document layout;
* Deploy and maintain help systems and online documentation;
* Performs functional testing for software projects designed and tests new functionality.
