Legal Adviser (Jurist)

- Qualified lawyer/legal adviser bar exam is a plus;
- 5 years of previous experience gained in-house within an international business structure;
- Capable of working autonomously;
- Very good communications skills;
- Hands on, dynamic;
- Results oriented, pro-active, flexible, team spirit;
- Fluent English, another European language is a plus.

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our organisation for a good commercial or corporate Legal Adviser:

- review the regulatory framework for the company;
- verify the legal documents and procedures and documentation for the Group;
- manage legal and compliance issue for the group's operations;
- analyse and advise senior management on legal and contractual risks associated;
- participate in business and strategic decisions for the group;
- Legal support with respect to compliance and regulatory matters;
- Review contracts, proposals, and recommendations to the business groups;
- Create or update existing contracts templates to be used by the business groups in the division;
- Commercial contract administration including management, drafting and negociation;
- Competition law and data protection.
