JUNIOR MARKET RESEARCHER - Ref. Code JMR

* University graduate (Marketing, Sociology, Statistics or related sciences)
* Minimum 1 year relevant experience in market research
* Knowledge of research design, questionnaire building, statistical analysis and sampling. Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
* Demonstrate the ability to function as a team member/leader. Team spirit and leadership skills
* Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels
* Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure
* Strong customer care attitude
* Fluency in English. Advanced computer skills.

* Assist in the research design, propose alternative research methodologies to the IISE clients. Building, testing and improving measurement instruments: questionnaires or interview guidelines. Sampling. Ability to handle data and run basic statistical analysis.
* Liaise with the client in all phases of the project. Provide solutions and suggest methodological alternatives in order to meet the client’s research objectives.
* Provide regularly local support and project coordination to the IISE clients in one of our offices in London, Paris or Hamburg.
* Coordinate a team of project managers in order to accomplish the research projects.
