* Possess broad knowledge of Information Technology concepts

* Work under pressure.
* Good Excel knowledge, Word and PowerPoint.
* Statistics knowledge is a plus.
* Fluent in English, French is a plus.

* Ensures that all the business information relevant to the production process is fully collected and is accurate (based on this information, the business analysts will produce statistics and reports about the operation business and will suggest improvements)
* Checks, follows and enforces the staff to fill in the information in the business suite applications
* Checks the quality / accuracy of the information in the business suite applications according to a predefined procedure / checklist
* Keeps track of users in all applications, ads or deletes users
* Conducts training programs to new hires, existing staff in regards to the business suite applications
