CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Profile:
* University degree in a relevant discipline (Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources etc.);
* Min 3 years of proven experience in human resources.
* Very Good knowledge of interview techniques, recruitment & selection, HR consulting tools and methodologies;
* Knowledge of legal requirements for the acquisition and retention of employment and/or contract data and documentation;
* Knowledge and understanding of a broad range of human resources administrative policies and procedures as applicable;
* Qualification in employment contract and labour law is an advantage;
* Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
* Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels;
* Experience in working with senior management team in providing related recommendations, solutions and reports;
* A proactive and flexible person;
* Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
* Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
* Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports;
* Demonstrate the ability to function as a team member/leader. Team spirit and leadership skills;
* Fluency in English;
* Advanced computer skills.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

* Work closely with managers across the company in order to determine the recruitment needs. Analyzes workforce planning and staffing needs within assigned operational areas.
* Collaborates with all levels of management to determine desired skill set. Guides and consults hiring managers with salaries and compensation package.
* Works with hiring Managers in identifying potential recruitment sources, and devising successful recruitment programs.
* Screens and interviews internal and external applicants and notifies applicants of consideration or rejection.
* Applies recruiting and hiring practices that are in compliance with IISE regulations and organizational policies and procedures in the pre-screening and post-employment process.
* Informs candidates of all aspects of job, including job requirements, compensation and benefits. Extends job offers, initiates background checks were required.
* Perform full recruitment processes: recruitment announcement, Cv screening, face-to-face interview, recruitment delivery, recruitment reports (this section covers aprx.70% of the job).

* Maintains information system data files, and directories; gathers or traces information contained in file or records systems.
* Keeps relations with acredited state institutions (ITM,ANOFM,CASS).
* Assists employees during hiring process/cessation of Individual Labor Contracts.
(this section covers aprx.30% of the job)

* Elaborates and update job descriptions, implement status changes and other legal aspects in terms of employee relation.
* Involved in implementing specific projects regarding the human resources policies and procedures within the company.
* Maintains timely, accurate evidence of the performed activities and updates the existing databases on a regular basis.
