| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* Studies: University degree
* Experience: min. 3 years previous experience
Others:
* Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff;
* Experience and ability to teach or instruct others;
* Ability to work productively in a team, organized, attention to details, quality oriented, good management of crises situation in the relation with the clients;
* Ability to work on more than one project at a time;
* Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills both written and verbal;
* Experience in call center and client service is an advantage;
* Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
* Prepares and implements an annual Panel Communication Plan;
* Coordinates the preparation of a wide variety of panel communication materials (i.e. monthly online newsletters, bi annual offline newsletter, announcements etc.);
* Establishes objectives, targets, methods, procedures and cost estimates for communication initiatives and products;
* Compiles information and writes reports on the communication with the panelists and other;
* Coordinates, develops and implements staff management policies and procedures;
* Identifies potential issues, problems and conflicts and recommends courses of action to resolve;
* Regularly monitors, updates and improves the panelists website content;
* Coordinates, provides support and solicits advice from staff members;
* Guides special projects and resources (i.e the creation of a new site, new communication medium etc);
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
