Assistant Manager Ref. Code ATM

University degree in Economics;
Knowledge of basic Accounting: bills, expense accounts, transactions, etc;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PP), Corel Draw is a plus;
Knowledge of Access/SPSS is a plus;
Knowledge of English language (average level)
Organized person, attention to details, ability to work with deadlines; ability to analyze and solve problems; team player.

• Managing a database containing information about providers of offline services (printing, scanning, mailing etc.);
• Research for new providers on the external and internal market;
• Managing business relationships with providers after the contract is negotiated by the Manager: following up on the contract evolution, monitoring payment dead-lines, deliveries and the reception of suppliers services;
• Checking the work-flow with the Financial Department, regarding payment status and other issues;
• Managing the Customs House operations for Offline incentives;
• Specific activities related to the offline business: data base cleaning, reports, variable integrations, up-dates, variable validates, etc.
