* University graduated (Marketing or related economic studies, Cybernetics or related Information Systems Sciences, Sociology, Statistic or related sciences).
* Min 3 years relevant experience in people management.
* Be able to demonstrate outstanding management, organizational and project management ability.
* Have a global vision of the business and the capacity of decision and analysis.
* Knowledge of market research. Skills in analyzing and interpreting data.
* Ability to determine and prioritize business objectives.
* Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
* Able to demonstrate the ability to function as a team member/leader. Team spirit and leadership skills.
* Possess broad knowledge of internal control systems, internal organizational structures.
* Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels.
* Experience in working with senior management team in providing related recommendations, solutions and reports.
* A proactive and flexible person.
* Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure.
* Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person.
* Experience and ability to teach or instruct others (including persons who do not have a technical background).
* Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
* Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.

* Fluency in English.

* The main role for this position is managing both projects and a team; manages internal projects and providing support in product development, project standards and internal procedures; also, this person should manage and coordinate a team of Project Managers in terms of implementing projects.
* Maintains a high quality of the production output.
* Keeps the Client satisfaction level according to target.
* Takes measures to keep production errors at a low level.
* Ensures resources and coordinates processes of production to reach maximum efficiency so that projects are delivered on time, timing targets are met for each stage of production.
* Takes all actions in order to reach targeted turnover at business unit level.
* Controls the direct costs and takes all measures to reduce them if analysis shows this is possible.
* Understands the finance of the business unit he/she oversees.
* Understands and controls profitability and chargeability of the unit.
* Coordinate people management actions in his / her unit: regular staff evaluations, staff development plans, job rotations, training actions.
* Drives continuous improvement.
* Drives a proactive attitude in the unit he/she coordinates.
* The responsibility for managing people includes: assessing the team, establishing individual objectives, monitoring and assessing their accomplishments and recommending further steps for development.
* Cooperates with all the divisions and subdivisions as consultant.
