CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
If you :
- are fluent in English ( German is a plus);
- have thorough knowledge of the real estate market in Romania;
- have basic knowledge of re-zoning procedures and construction permitting;
- are PC literate- MS Office, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop;
- have economical or engineering background;
- are willing to travel throughout the country;
- have clean driving license

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The successful candidate is expected to:
- Conduct negotiations;
- Perform presentations to the clients;
- Prepare feasibility studies, market researches and due diligence studies;
- Prepare offers and proposals;
- Prepare full project and tender documentation;
- Maintain relationship with the authorities;
- Overall project coordination;
- Team building and coordination for meeting the project
