Acquisition Manager

The ideal candidate should have:
- excellent negotiation skills (face to face, via telephone);
- relevant experience and good knowledge of the real estate market
- ability to communicate with a wide variety of vendors and clients with tact and diplomacy;
- ability to create and maintain a network of relevant contacts
- proficiency in English language; good command of a second foreign language is a plus;
- excellent MS Office skills;
- ability to work independently and to complete assignments with minimal instructions;
- availability for traveling outside Bucharest;
- driving license
- availability for extended program

Job responsabilities:

- prepare, conduct and conclude negotiations for the purchase of land in the name of the company;
- provide effective and efficient purchasing services;
- conduct market prospects and facilitate potential future acquisitions
