You will have a basic level of English written and speaking. Please do not apply if your English is very poor. You will need to send your cv in English and the interview will be in English too. If you are already working within real estate or have a connection with the real estate market this will be a massive advantage. You might work or have worked for a development company or investment property company, a property valuer, property lawyer, or broker. We are particularly interested in anyone who is working on the professional service side of the property market.

it is important that you have demonstrated that you can work on your own, self motivated, honest, and can think without supervision. All interviews will take place on 16th and 17th June by invitation and will take place in central Bucharest

You will be gathering property investment information for every investment commercial property (business property) across Romania which has a value above 1.5 million Euros. You will find the information via the internet, real estate agents, papers, contacts, government etc. You will have full responsibility for your work and all information will be inputted directly onto the database. We anticipate the work will only take 8 hours per week but you can work for as long or as little as you want, nonetheless we expect a minimum of 50 properties per month. Please note that the full property address is essential including the street address. Brokers can apply but we will only allow 10% of the properties to be listed under one brokers name.

We pay per successful property added to our website. Please note that full street name must be provided. You can earn a very good wage for a part time job although some people will work on this full time. More details will be provided to the successful candidates prior to interview. There could be further opportunities to work with the company at a later stage. We are looking for someone to input a minimum of 50 properties per month. This database will be seen by the largest pension funds, Hedge funds and wealthy individuals worthwhile. We are aiming to become the largest database of investment properties worldwide and we are currently the only company working on such a project. We are looking for someone or a company in Romania to assist us gathering this property information.
