| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate should be a university graduate with good technical understanding/capabilities and should demonstrate sales/management experience. The candidate should have strong knowledge of advertising business and good connections into media/ advertising industry. Strong leadership skills are critical to succeed in this position: self-starter, organized, good priority setting, good motivator, fast decision-making, and monitoring. Positive “problem solving” attitude, excellent communication skills, good negotiator, result orientated and superior commitment to customer care excellence complete the suitable candidate profile.
Standard requirements include very good computer literacy, fluency in English and clean driving license.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
ROLE:
As a New Business Manager you will be actively involved in developing the business and implementig the new projects.
ØResponsible for achieving sales/profit and budget target
ØBusiness development
ØIncreasing sales
ØDevelopment of various sales channels (direct & indirect)
ØManage a motivated back-office team to support the operation
ØReport to the General Manager
