Finance Manager Assistant

- University Degree in Economics;
- Experience in accounting on a similar position minimum 3 years;
- Able to plan work and accomplish assigned goals and objectives;
- Very good computer skills (especially Excel & Word);
- Excellent command of English (both writting and speaking);
- Responsible, well-organized, ready to take more responsibilities, dedicated to work;
- Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and diplomacy skills;
- Demonstrate research, listening and decision making skills;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities;
- Ability to work under pressure.

1. Accounting responsabilities
2. Financial Reporting
3. Various Management Reports
4. Relationship with external partners (lawyers, auditors, etc.)
5. Office Administration including:
- taking dictation and minutes;
- producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropiate;
- dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of their manager;
- arranging travel and accommodation;
- meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
