Internship Requirements:
• Student in final year of study or fresh graduates
• IT background
• Fluency in English and German or English and French
• Passion for technology

The Global Technical Support Centre (GTSC) located in Bucharest, provides high technical service and support for Microsoft’s European Enterprise and Development customers. The center is part of Microsoft Global Support Operations and is staffed by highly skilled technical specialists in enterprise Platforms, Business and Developer Applications.

Location: Bucharest
Start date: 1st of March until 31st of March
The internship program is addressed to students in technical universities, fluent in German or French, which intend to learn more about Microsoft technologies, culture and also to understand the role of Technical Support Engineer, by shadowing existing employees in solving high complexity technical cases for our clients. The next Internship Program will be in mid spring 2012 - one month (6 hours a day).
