| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Candidate will be involved in conducting daily technical support to keep our application services operating seamlessly. Will be mostly involved in helping out our European team by providing technical coverage for Europe afternoon and evening hours (12:30am-8:30pm GMT) and provide support on weekends to run critical background processes when needed. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Requirements:
· University degree/student final year – Computer Science preferred
· Good command of spoken and written English for daily use
· Experience working with relational databases
· Basic Unix/Linux and networking experience (scripting, shells, basics of administration)
· HTTP, HTML/ Style Sheets, XML, XML-Schema; Javascript a plus
· Basic knowledge of widely used Browsers (IE 6/7, Netscape 4+, Mozilla/Firefox/Opera
· Experience in application technical support and good command of a programming language (PERL or C/C++ preferred). Stable experience working with relational databases. Oracle 8, MySQL 3+, Postgres 7+ preferred)
