Financial Controller

• University Degree in Accounting/Finance;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience;
• Good knowledge of Romanian tax and accounting law;
• Experience of financial analysis and reporting;
• Ability to be flexible and work in a dynamic environment;
• Accurate and detail oriented approach;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting methodology;
• Good knowledge of PC use;
• Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Manages preparation of Annual Budget, reviews results against plan and recommends adjustments of the company‘s budget;
• Manages cashflow and bank relations to maximize returns;
• Manages financial analyzes and recommends specific measures to increase productivity and profitability;
• Manages forecasting and analysis in order to provide accurate financial information of the company for internal and external clients;
• Provides explanations of financial status, analyzes and forecasts different financial scenarios;
• Supports external auditors during the auditing process; ensures archiving according to established procedures;
• Manages preparation and updating of procedures for the financial department;
• Develops and implements a control system that ensures accurate data into the computerized financial system;
• Provides the management with regular updated business information & financial expertise as necessary.
• Monitors and controls all expenses and ensure that the issued delegation of authority is strictly followed.
