Sales Manager

-University degree in Marketing/Sales/Business/Management
-Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in Sales/Marketing
-Minimum 3 years experience in manpower management
-Good PC skils
-Fluent english(reading,writing & spoken)
-Excellent team leadership qualities and dynamic
-Able to perform with minimum supervision
-Very pro active,with a high iner motivation
-Able to use innovative techniques to approach new potential clients
-Excellent communication,negociation,persuation and selling skills

-Managing a team of 5 to 9 sales representatives
-Agresiv skills in sales and telemarketing tehniques
-Independent project management and strategies including mass media advertising and internet publicity(e-mail)
-Building up market in Bucharest and lately in the hole country
-develop and conduct sales campeigns and promotional plans
-To achieve sales center finantial targets through team leadership in sales,service,employee sales faction and corperate compliance
-Recruits,hires,trains sales staff to successfully execute their role.
