• Technical university degree (constructions);
• Good communication skills;

• Driving licence: B;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community;
• Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the stress of constant deadlines.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems in time.
• Good PC skills (MS-Office);
• Extended experience in specific construction field;
• Flexibility, team spirit, professional appearance & attitude;
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Quality Insurance:

• Proposes and coordinates the implementation of the permanent improvement of work method quality strategy;
• Provides expert assistance in introducing new methods of quality management;
• Provides expert assistance in planning and implementing quality education;
• Participates in defining and elaborating new methods of control and testing;
• Participates in defining required equipment for control and testing;

Work Protection
• to provide evaluations of the risks of accident and professional illness
• to provide the audit of the work security every time when the work conditions are being changed
• to evaluate the briefing to elaborate the list of necessary work equipment and to purchase it

Fire Protection
• to guide and control the fire protection preventing activities and to inform the management about the results of the control
• to make proposals regarding the completion and updating of the procedures and equipments for fire protection
• to propose amounts of money to be taken into consideration into the business plan for the fire - protection facilities (equipments, installations, chemical substances required for the extinction of fire)

Environment Protection
• draws out and updates the list of the toxic substances used in the company
• keeps record of all of the technical & safety files of the toxic products used in the company
• provides the properly storage of the toxic substances
• provides the protection of the personnel and of the environment regarding toxic substances
