PROJECT MANAGER INSTALLATIONS

• Bachelor degree in construction – installations;
• Solid experience in project management from 5 to 10 years
• Relevant experience on construction sites covering all phases of planning and execution;
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects;
• Managerial abilities (planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating and motivating);
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Solution oriented and proactive attitude, team player;
• Must be able to effectively oversee all aspects of design/ construction process and steer project(s) to successful conclusion within tight time frames;
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, budget allocations.

• Plans, schedules and monitors the project activities: development and design, resource supply and construction within the project deadlines;
• Monitors and coordinates the project team;
• Sets objectives and tasks for the project team;
• Report and oversee all activities of contracted consultants in preparation of permitting strategies, timetables, cost plans, tenders, program development, on site engineering and construction process;
• Keeps track of progress and ensures that the project is on time and on budget
• Plans project activities according to the development plan, the company’s strategy and the budgeted target.
