| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree: Technical University Mechanical Engineering Faculty;
The ability to think in mathematical and abstract terms;
The ability to visualize three-dimensional objects from two-dimensional drawings;
The ability to analyze data/info, review calculations and prepare cost estimates;
The ability to think logically and solve problems;
Innovative, doing work that requires precision, making decisions and supervising others;
Driving licence: B;
Highly motivated, self-dependent, organised;
Being a senior manager within the industry (most come from an construction engineering background);
An interest in technical processes;
Persistence and determination;
Well-developed oral and written communication skills;
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team;
Fluent in German;
Good PC skills (MS-Office).

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsible for the Equipment Park in Romania;
Overseeing and specifying the vehicles' maintenance and modifications;
Planning, maintaining and laying track, signaling, electrical supply and communications systems;
Carries out the assigned projects;
Cost control to meet the budget and the schedule;
Assistance in any technical aspect of the assigned project development.
