CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Technical degree Construction University - Civil Construction Faculty;
• PC Skills (MS-Office),
• Basic experience in civil construction (1 year);
• Flexibility, team spirit, ability to promote himself;
• Fluent in German – is a must;
• Good communication skills;
• The ability to analyze data/info, review calculations and prepare cost estimates;
• The ability to think logically and solve problems;
• Capacity for details;
• Driving licence: B;
• Loyal, highly motivated, self-dependent, organised.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Keeping the agenda and makes sure that the schedule is respected;
• Assists the Site Engineer in determining project requirements in terms of equipment, materials and human resources;
• Translates technical documents;
• Participates at the estimations of costs and at the monitoring of the expenditures;
• Applying technical knowledge of various construction methods to the basic principles of planning, organizing, financing, managing and operating a construction project.
