Educated to degree level
Strong written and verbal English skills
Competent in the use of Microsoft office
Experience in the use of HR systems
Experience of lotus notes
3-6 years HR experience gained within an FMCG/demanding business environment
Proven track record in working in partnership with the business
Experience in delivering change within the organisation (desirable)

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Nature of work/description of work:
spending most of a working day in the office, or at a computer workstation;

constantly updating knowledge and skills to keep up with advancements in this field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Staff Support: communication, motivation, training & development
2. Staff Evaluation: The process in which Management communicates Targets and Problems to all employees and which allows employees to feel being part of the company future and thus being able to co-shape the company destiny and success;
3. Staff Recruitment: Establish career plan for employee (together with the employee and his superior)

4. Administration.
Elaborate communication strategy from Management to employees and between employees;
Help employees identify their professional improvement areas/directions and put together a career development plan as well as a professional and personal development program;
Increase self esteem, self confidence feeling, based on his/her capabilities and his/her results;
The feeling of identification that he/she is a part of the company, that he/she has the possibility to act as an entrepreneur;
