| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- university degree in economics - ASE or similar. MBA – an asset.
- foreign languages - fluent English obligatory. German, French - an advantage.
- PC literate - MSOffice, browsing, e-mail.
- skills in organizing, planning, controlling, assessment, negotiation.
- excellent communication skills.
- strong customer orientation, good market and customers knowledge;
- good financial knowledge and experience in working with lawyers, financial and general managers;
- capable to work on strict deadlines and under pressure;
- relevant experience as a junior manager / manager in an international insurance, factoring, leasing, banking services company or bank– minimum 2 years.
- comfortable and experienced with credit insurance operations and commercial issues
- professional background preferably as credit insurance manager or risk management specialist in an international insurance company / broker or important Romanian bank
- dynamic, market driven and very customer oriented person
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- implementation of the Group’s standards and policies in respect to the credit insurance business in Romania
- makes sure that the group operations standards and company’s internal rules are followed by all
- in charge to develop the credit insurance product and operations on the Romanian market
- monitors and controls the daily business activity and makes sure that the quality standards are met within the credit insurance company
- works closely with company’s management and advises it on all questions regarding the relevant credit insurance issues
- is the first person for co-ordinating the “technical” expertise related to contracts and claims
- responsible for the credit insurance business development and will use the inter-companies synergies for achieving the highest performance and operational results
- sets objectives for the sales team (including partners), leads its work and determines priorities in relation with the objectives after approval of the Country Manager.
- coordinates together with the Country Manager the collaboration with insurance brokers, strategic partners, suppliers and Insurance Supervisory Board.
- monthly financial report for the Group
- quarterly Consolidation reporting
- yearly financial statement and financial report
- monthly reports for the country management and as required for company’s management
- responsible for the co-ordination of yearly budget preparation and for the preparation of the consolidated Group’s budget and business plan
- advises the company’s management and other team members involved in the budget process on all questions related with budget works
- follows up the Budget fulfilment, examines the differences and issues the related reports for the company’s and country management.
