CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

The successful candidate will:
- direct and manage all the activities associated with Call-Centre operations
- build and manage a team of call centre agents/coordinators with a high level of employee satisfaction and commitment
- coach, mentor and train staff
- set objectives for team members
- function as an example for all team members
- establish and implement performance and service standards

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

- Minimum 1 year customer contact centre experience in a lead and/or mentoring position.
- Ability to effectively deal with technical issues.
- Ability to effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns.
- Ability to maintain self control in stressful situations.
- Excellent Organisation Skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Fluent English. Additional languages are welcome.
- Competent MS Office knowledge is required.
- This position is home-based.
- A reliable broad band internet access plus a computer are primary requirements.
- Willingness to work 7 days a week.


Training and company phone account will be provided.
