CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

The ideal candidate for the CAM position fulfils the following criteria:

• Graduate caliber or equivalent desirable;
• 3 years industry experience, dealing directly with customers, preferably in a sales environment FMCG;
• Knowledge and application of sales policies and procedures, organization, functional supports and resources;
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of customer’s retail environment incl KA;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

In order to manage pricing and promotional activities necessary to provide full service to key customers and contribute to the achievement of CBU and volume, Company is now looking for a highly motivated professional for its operations in Bucharest. This person has to be flexible, success driven and to have the attitude and commitment to work in a challenging, dynamic local unit of an international and multicultural company.
Company is offering the position of CAM (Customer Account Manager). All candidates have to be, without saying, open minded, dedicated, result oriented and to understand the role and the value of this position in a successful international company.
He/she is going to report directly to the Managing South East Europe based in Budapest. The Hungarian office will give functional and professional support.
The CAM will be the sole representative of Co. in Romania until there is a stable basis for employing more people.
The main task and responsibility of the CAM will be as follows:
• Responsible for achieving the agreed volume and profit targets for account portfolio;
• Design, develop and deliver sales presentations that meet the customers needs for analysis, forecasting and creativity;
• Providing customers with prompt and accurate information concerning programs, policies, pricing and service;
• Establish and maintain sound business relationship at relevant levels and locations within the customer’s organizations, permanent contact to KA customers on everyday basys;
• Responsible for yearly results in terms of volumes ,a value, , marketing expenditures, MP
• Define and implement the most effective promotional activities at a local level, managing all customer trade and advertising funds within agreed budgets;
• Agree annual promotional calendar with customer and keep CBU team updated on activities, including promotional evaluation;
• Input forecasts for use of Commercial Development Team to agreed timescales and level of accuracy;
• Ensuring that customer requirements are communicated to the appropriate K-C departments;
• To manage all customer administration (e.g. invoice queries) to agreed customer requirements. Establish and maintain account profiles;
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of Customer Price Files.
