| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
More than 3 years administrative experience supporting a team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
• University degree
• Understanding of basic business finance/accounting
• Interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
• The ideal candidate would also be patient, enthusiastic, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Managing and improving office facilities
• Schedule management, including the coordination of internal and external meetings, group events, and hiring activities
• • Bookkeeping (paying bills, sending invoices) and general financial tracking (spreadsheet maintenance, generating financial statements)
• Assistance in preparation of presentations and email correspondence
• Evaluate, select, and manage many third-party vendor relationships
• Manage equipment/furniture inventory and ordering, including hardware/software procurements
• Various projects as sought-out and assigned, dependent on abilities and ambition
