Qualifications
. Minimum 5+ year's applicable experience in software or technical project management
. Demonstrable project management skills and successful plan execution with distributed development, full-lifecycle projects.
. Experience using standard software development and QA methodologies.
. Self-motivated, quality driven, customer focused, problem solver with excellent english written and verbal communication skills.
. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical project participants.
. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work load.
. Ability to quickly understand both business and technical concepts.
. Hands-on software development, monitoring, and platform engineering experience a plus.
Preferred Education
4 Year Degree
PMP certification a plus

We are seeking an experienced Software Consulting Project Manager for a hi-tech company located in Bucharest, Romania and serving customers in US.

This position is full time with no travel.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Organize the project, issuing a project participant document defining roles and responsibilities of all contributors.
2. Lead requirements and project analysis ensuring clear assessment, scoping, and dependencies.
3. Develop project execution options, strategies and timelines.
4. Issue a detailed project plan, which includes a detailed scope, risk-mitigation candidates, and communication plans.
5. Define, track, and enhance SDLC procedures, entry-exit criteria, and change control process.
7. Monitor development, Quality Assurance, and documentation progress
8. Develop and implement release criteria and manage the post-implementation plan
This individual will submit weekly status reports; give updates to senior management and peers on the status of the project as defined in the communication management plan. This person will work with the engineering team daily, providing guidance and support.
The project manager will be expected to identify and address technical and non-technical issues in advance of impact to the project.
