CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Post-secondary education, at least 1 years related work experience in the IT and Oracle Forms and Reports Development.
• Excellent knowledge in scripting languages; PL/SQL, VB, Java.
• Excellent working knowledge of software applications and the microcomputer environment.
• Excellent knowledge on MS Office family products..
• Experience in providing support in a dynamic and growing environment.
• Excellent analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
• Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to change
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
in English and Romanian.
• Pursue quality and continuous improvement.
• Willing to work in shifts and out off official work hours.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Provision of functionality by coding in Oracle Developer and SQL, PL/SQL according to IT and business requirements.
• Documenting projects in alignment with IT requirements.
• Analysis of business requirements.
• Analysis and resolution of assigned incidents / tasks.
• Professionally and expertly recognize and diagnose technical problems and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Act as Application Administrator to complete prescheduled and/or ad-hoc tasks.
• Provide if deemed necessary training to end-users on applications / screens used.
• Act as a bridge between IT and business and development to resolve raised issues rapidly and efficiently
• Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian.
• Pursue quality and continuous improvement.

DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
Finans International Leasing and Finans Servicii Financiare is an international institution with activities in Leasing and Consumer Banking. The European Head office is located in Bucharest. For our IT department we are currently looking for two new colleagues.
The roles involves the delivery of applications and application modules, with required documentation in alignment IT and with business requirements, and second line support.
