| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Engineering degree;
• Experience in procurement departments managing international funds;
• Experience in the preparation of Expressions of Interest for ISPA and PHARE Funds;
• Experience in the preparation of Expressions of Interest for WB, BEI and BERD;
• Experience in the preparation of Technical Proposals for Civil Engineering Tenders;
• Experience in the management of databases, of Human Resources and references;
• Familiarized with the Romanian law for Procurement;
• Experience in Tender Documents of international institutions like EU, WB, BEI and BERD;
• Proficiency in English;
• Spanish language – is a plus;
• Computer operating knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Specific experience in the construction sector and infrastructure
• Specific experience in civil engineering consultancy sector.
General Professional experience:
• Between 2 and 5 years of specific experience in the same position;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Preparation of the Expressions of Interest;
• Preparation of Technical Proposals for Tenders in the field of Civil Engineering, Infrastructures, Environment and Transport;
• Coordinate the relation with potential partners during the procurement process;
• Marketing research of the business opportunities;
