Restaurant/Bistro Manager

You will have experience at managing a high class restaurant and be able to demonstrate your ability to manage and motivate staff. You will be able to introduce new ideas and improvements and respond to customer needs immediately. You will be able to communicate efficiently in English.

Our client is a 5 star hotel and is seeking an experienced and competent bistro manager to oversee the day to day running of their prestigeous and well known establishment. Ideally you will have knowldge of silver service and be familiar with western and European standards of service and customers. You will be responsible for staff training and improvements overall. Since the restaurant is popular with the elite of Bucharest and overseas you must be confident and outgoing as well as polite and efficient.
