Our client, a well known and highly respected bank is now looking for Regional Managers for Bucharest area, but also for South and West.

The chosen candidates will have to coordinate the implementation of all the sales and customer care strategies within the Region to ensure sales and business development, representation and revenue/profit within the Bank’s branches within the region of own responsibility.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESULTS AREA:

• Proposes and agrees the yearly operations budget, business growth and balance sheet targets of his Region and associated Branches with the Branch Network Management. Periodically follows-up on progress and results, analyses developments and makes recommendations if necessary according to the trends in the market in order to achieve the region’s business objectives.
• Represents the Bank in commercial matters at Regional level and maintains a high level of contact with high priority clients in order to develop and enhance business relationships.
• Coordinates the Branch Managers within his subordination, helps them to attain the necessary skills as to be fully effective in the role and evaluates their performance taking appropriate measures towards the achievement of the Region’s predefined objectives.
• Develops and manages an efficient sales and customer care team with high levels of know-how and motivation, to ensure that the Bank’s representation is superior to competition and to ensure a consistent focus on the highest level of customer quality, satisfaction and value.
• Coordinates the communication and implementation of the bank’s internal policies at Regional level to ensure that all operations are aligned with the Bank’s procedures, customer standards, legal requirements and generally accepted norms and principles.
• Supports the development of the appropriate Branch channel within the region as to efficiently promote and sell high quality banking services that meet customers’ expectations thus contributing to developing the business and creating a positive image for the Bank.
• Analyzes and submits to the approval of the Credit Committee the clients’ requests regarding the granting of certain facilities and customized financial products and services packages, as well as their influence on profitability.
• Monitors competition, customer needs as well as market developments within the geographical area of own responsibility in order to identify and communicate internally the areas of improvement.
