RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Our client, a well known and highly respected bank is now looking for Branch Managers for Bucharest area.
The chosen candidate will provide leadership to plan, organize, and direct activities and strategies for assigned branch to assure that operational and financial performance is maintained and ensure that the positive image of the Bank is conveyed through the accurate and timely provision of services to customers.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESULTS AREA:
• Participates in the business planning processes and setting business growth targets for the branch/area and initiates campaigns to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Coordinates the activities and the resources under own responsibility as to achieve the predefined balance sheet targets of the branch:
- monitor the status vs. the predefined targets
- spot deviations and propose corrective actions
- motivate employees towards the achievement of the set targets
• Maintains and develops business relationships in order to best address new corporate/retail business opportunities, strengthen customer ties to the bank, retain them and create positive image for the Bank.
• Directs branch customer service activities to establish, improve and enhance customer service for the bank’s client portfolio at the branch level.
• Implements and monitors sales and marketing activities at branch level.
• Coordinates the activities in the Branch to ensure risk management, cost control and audit compliance as per the Bank’s procedures, customer standards, legal requirements and generally accepted norms and principles to maintain uniformity and consistency in the Bank’s overall operations.
• Periodically provides status reports and trends analyzes to management, following established reporting procedures and guidelines and complies with regular external reporting obligations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manages and develops the human resources within his subordination including performance appraisal, assessment of training needs, counseling and problem resolution in order to ensure that a highly competent and professional branch staff is maintained.
