Keeps regular contact with teams in Ireland and the USA in order to gather and modify requirements as well as supply reports throughout project development
Analyses project development risks and establishes implementation priorities, estimates time limits and costs
Skilled in structuring, checking and improving Quality Management documents and is responsible for implementing them
Establishes each team member�s responsibilities for the relevant project and supplies schedule
Keeps track of development and testing schedules and intervenes when difficulties appear
Establishes work technology
Establishes how much training is needed (documentation must be read) for writing code and coordinates this activity
Coordinates the team and ensures ongoing project development in normal conditions
Creates activity reports for team members at the end of each project which will be used for performance assessment
Tracks completion of established objectives throughout the rating period
Gathers and analyses client/user requirements for the software program due for development
Structures project architecture and design
Analyses project objectives and problems identified by other team members
Implements, modifies and documents the code in order to rectify errors and improve software program functionality
Tests the program and makes corrections
Prepares reports regarding software system�s status, functions and maintenance
Ensures client/user technical support
Puts together all code written by team members into one version
Supplies installation kits
Searches, studies and tests new software and hardware technologies which could be applied to company�s ongoing or future projects
